The Five Major Gods

These gods define the core pillars of reality. Their influence is constant, direct, and visible.

  • Heliod — God of the Sun. Justice, oaths, and righteous authority. Often asserts primacy among the gods.
  • Thassa — God of the Sea. Oceans, tides, and deep mysteries. Unfathomable, patient, ever-shifting.
  • Erebos — God of the Dead. Ruler of the Underworld; oversees mortal fate after death and the balance of endings.
  • Purphoros — God of the Forge. Creation, fire, craft, and passionate invention. Volatile and creative.
  • Nylea — God of the Hunt. Nature, wilderness, and primal balance; growth and the untamed world.

The Ten Minor Gods

Specialized domains and mortal experiences — potent, but less cosmically foundational.

  • Athreos — God of Passage. Guides souls to the Underworld; maintains the cycle between life and death.
  • Ephara — God of the Polis. Cities, civic life, scholarship, structured society.
  • Iroas — God of Victory. Honorable warfare, triumph, martial excellence.
  • Karametra — God of Harvests. Agriculture, fertility, community sustenance.
  • Keranos — God of Storms. Lightning, inspiration, sudden revelation.
  • Klothys — God of Destiny. Fate, cosmic order, the threads that bind all outcomes.
  • Kruphix — God of Horizons. Oldest of the gods; mysteries, boundaries, time, and the unknown.
  • Mogis — God of Slaughter. Brutality, wrath, bloodshed; twin to Iroas.
  • Pharika — God of Affliction. Medicine, poison, the duality of suffering and healing.
  • Phenax — God of Deception. Trickery, masks, lies, and escape.
